    Marquette, Michigan

    Work took me to Marquette, Michigan on a beautiful, although slightly overcast, June day. There’s a bit of a color shift on this roll of Kodak Portra 800. Quite frankly, I had no idea how old the roll was. My guess it was 2021 or 2022, so not too far out, but it was inside my camera inside my camera cabinet on the main floor of my home, so I could not expect miracles. I only had about an hour to explore, but I had to see the Lower Harbor Ore Dock. I stopped at a great Mexican restaurant, El Santo, and those tacos are calling for my return. Sailboats…

    On the way home from Detroit, we made a brief stop for lunch at Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  As it was graduation day, it was a bit busier than expected, but I had the best corned beef and pastrami sandwich I can ever remember. All shot on the Canon 1v with Kodak Portra 800, processed and scanned by Richard Photo Lab.
